Mozilla Simplifies Content Blocking Controls In The Newly Released Firefox 65

Firefox 65 Released with Simplified Content Blocking Controls

Mozilla announced the launch of Firefox 65 for Windows, Mac, Linux, and Android. This latest Firefox update brings a new interface with simplified content blocking controls for Enhanced Tracking Protection, WebP image support, and AV1 support on Windows. Moreover, Firefox 65 makes it even easier to fine-tune control over blocking trackers.

The enhanced tracking protection in this new update will allow users to see and control how websites track them on the web, while the simplified content blocking controls will provide users with standard, strict, and custom options to control online trackers.

To top it all, Firefox 65 also features redesigned Task Manager page that gives information about the memory usage for tabs and add-ons, helping users track the tab or add-on that is slowing down their browser and take appropriate action.

Available for download on, existing users can easily upgrade it, without any hassle. As always, the Android version is trickling out slowly on Google Play Store.
