YouTube officially announced today that it has completely rolled out YouTube TV in every TV market throughout the USA. As per the announcement, the company’s over-the-top internet streaming service is now available in the Glendive, Montana area, the last television market that didn’t had YouTube TV availability till now.
Launched back in January 2018, YouTube TV was so far available in 195 television markets in the US, but with this roll out the service has seriously achieved a big milestone. However, YouTube TV markets are not equal as some areas are still not offering all four of the major local networks (Fox, NBC, ABC, and CBS), so users need to check their zip code on YouTube TV to see what’s available for them.
One of the biggest strengths that this roll out highlights is widespread access, and with YouTube offering the same at the similar price throughout the USA, it’s something that doesn’t exist for regular cable TV till today.
